The kit is intended to pretreat human biological material and bacterial cultures using lysozyme before DNA extraction. This procedure increases the yield of bacterial DNA and reduces the inhibitor concentration.
One kit is designed to process 50 samples.
The kit includes a buffer for diluting lysozyme. Before starting work, dissolve 20 mg of lyophilized lysozyme in 200 μL of lysozyme dissolution buffer.
