Cellular components

Staining cellular structures and organelles with small molecule-based fluorescent dyes is an alternative to the immunochemical labeling technique. Due to high selectivity and low cytotoxicity, these dyes are actively used for labeling living cells. They are a tool for studying the structure and functioning of cells and are also used as stains for samples contrasting. We have developed a full spectral palette of cellular dyes for their combined visualization on one preparation and ease of colocalization with immunochemical markers or fluorescent proteins.
