TR-X-carboxylic acid, 5-isomer

Carboxyl derivative of TR, a red-emitting fluorescent dye. It can be used as a reference standard or for synthesizing various TR esters. The extended aminohexanoyl linker increases solubility and provides spatial separation between the fluorophore and the functional group.
