TBTA (Tris(benzyltriazolylmethyl)amine) is a tertiary amine with three 1,2,3-triazole groups. It is one of the most widely used water-insoluble ligands for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloadditions (CuAAC). TBTA complexes with copper(I) and promotes click reaction catalysis through the stabilization of the copper(I)-oxidation state.

THPTA ligand

THPTA is a water-soluble ligand for Cu(I)-catalyzed click chemistry. The ligand stabilizes copper in its Cu(I) oxidation state. Due to high aqueous solubility, reactions with this ligand do not require an organic co-solvent.

Azide-PEG3-azide

Triethylene glycol diazide is a bifunctional crosslinker bearing two azide groups. Suitable for click chemistry.
