dsGreen Lyophilized qPCR kit is suitable for precise content of the DNA matrix to be determined in test sample, it is applicable for gene copy number detection, gene expression analysis and genotyping using the Real-Time qPCR (RT-qPCR) method.

It uses intercalating dye dsGreen for detection.

dsGreen Lyophilized qPCR kit reaction mix does not contain ROX reference dye thus it is compatible with any type real-time DNA amplifiers. The kit contains hot start (HS) polymerase which prevents non-specific amplification. Reaction mix volume 1 mL is good for 100 rxn per 20 µL.
