Alkyne-PEG4-amine is a bifunctional oligoethylene glycol linker containing both an amine group for the easy attachment to various electrophilic reagents (NHS esters, epoxides, etc.), and an alkyne group for click chemistry. This allows a smooth conjugation of different biomolecules.

Reasonably long, highly hydrophilic PEG4 linker ensures smooth conjugation and separation of conjugated fragments in aqueous solutions.
