BDP® TMR tetrazine

A fluorophore for the TAMRA channel with a functional group that can form conjugates in click chemistry reactions (IEDDA ligation) .

This molecule is a conjugate of bright fluorophore FAM (fluorescein) and tetrazine, a reactive group that reacts with trans-cycloalkenes in a reaction called IEDDA (inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction).
